I had a pleasant stay with clean, comfortable rooms and a chance to explore nearby attractions like the Louisiana Children's Discovery Center, which is just over 3 km away, perfect for a weekend stroll. plus, a delicious meal at Waffle House is only a few steps away for breakfast before heading out again.

Tried the sashimi at Nagoya Hibachi and Sushi—best I've had in ages! Clean room vibes with comfy beds. perfect for catching some Zs after a long day. Plus, the mini fridge was clutch for late-night snacks!

Can't lie, the truck stop noise was relentless all night. Also, the woman at the desk barely acknowledged me while she was chatting on the phone. Oh, and I found an unwelcome guest—a dead bug on my tissue!
